MILLS STREET is a craftsman style enclave of four duplexes.  Each duplex is two stories consisting of two units with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Parking and entry are behind the units along with private courtyard.

Living Area

The expansive living area has an arched opening connecting to the dining area that can dual as a study space. The living room is also complete with one window in the front and two rectangle windows on the side for increased privacy. Central Wall for a TV is available as well.
